Abstract：
采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)在预处理柱-C18和Kormail C18色谱柱(Suntek Science)(5μ,4.6×250 mm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(15:85);流速0.8ml/min;检测波长273 nm;柱温:室温;分离测定了三白草中没食子酸含量,实验结果表明:该方法的相对标准偏差为1.3%;回收率为98.6%.
