该文应用微分脉冲伏安法、线性扫描伏安法、循环伏安法等电化学方法对橙皮甙在玻碳电极上的阳极伏安行为进行了研究.在pH=2.0的B-R缓冲液中,橙皮甙分别在+0.72V(峰a)和+1.18V(峰b)附近(vs.SCE)产生两个阳极氧化峰,峰a电流与橙皮甙浓度在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为3.0×10-8mpl/L,用该方法不需分离直接测定了陈皮中的总黄酮,结果令人满意.
