Abstract:

在硅微粉结合的SiC窑具中添加CaO-MnO2混合矿化剂可显著降低SiC窑具的氧化度.实验表明用金斯特林格方程表征硅微粉结合的SiC窑具的氧化是不准确的,SiC试条的氧化可用经验方程来描述,当矿化剂添加量为3%时,测得窑具在1100℃下的氧化动力学方程为:G=5.23×10-4τ0.76,在1300℃下的氧化动力学方程为:G=1.26×10-2τ0.42.
