模拟轧辊辊环的成形条件,用正交设计试验法进行了金属型铸态奥-贝球铁制取工艺的研究.研究了合金元素对金属型铸态奥-贝球铁组织和性能的影响.结果表明金属型铸态奥贝球铁化学成分(W B/%)为:3.6~3.8 C,2.3~2.5 Si,≤0.3 Mn,≤0.05 S,≤0.05 P,4 Ni,1.0 Mo,0.5 Cu,同时用1.5%的球化剂进行球化处理,用0.3%含钡硅铁进行孕育.试验的金属型铸态奥-贝球铁的力学性能可达到σb为805.90 MPa;硬度为52.5 HRC;δ为1.47%;αk为9.00J·cm-2,并在奥-贝球铁离心复合轧辊辊环上获得应用.
