Abstract:
用扫描电子显微镜及其微拉伸台,对奥-贝球铁裂纹萌生、扩展的微观过程进行跟踪观察。结果表明,球铁中的石墨不应看作是无强度的孔洞,受拉时裂纹首先在石墨-基体界面上萌生、扩展,然后向基体扩展。不同取向的奥-贝组织可使基体中裂纹偏转或分叉,界面开裂后的石墨孔洞可以钝化主裂纹。
