Abstract:
目的:研究反"卓别林"步态锻炼防治股骨头坏死的生物力学机制.方法:建立髋关节三维有限元模型,计算关节反力,将合力加载于模型,应用Sap-93软件分析股骨头不同部位受力情况.结果:在反"卓别林"步态位时,股骨头负重面及锥形负重区受力显著减小(P<0.01),负重面内、后侧受力显著减小(P<0.01).结论:采用反"卓别林"步态可以显著减小股骨头的负荷,可作为股骨头坏死患者功能锻炼的有效方法.
