目的研究反"卓别林"步态锻炼防治股骨头坏死的生物力学机制.方法利用偏振光,通过产生人工双折射的透明模型彩色干涉条纹,并经过分析,可以得到模型受力情况.结果在反"卓别林"步态位时,股骨头负重面及锥形负重区受力显著减小,负重面内、后侧受力显著减小.结论采用反"卓别林"步态可以显著减小股骨头的负荷,可作为股骨头坏死患者功能锻炼的有效方法.
