Abstract:
采用短时间烧结制备了CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO)陶瓷,并详细研究了预烧温度、烧结温度等工艺对结构和性能的影响.研究了εr和tanδ随测试频率(20 Hz~1 MHz)、温度(25~150℃)的变化规律.结果表明:CCTO陶瓷的性能对烧成工艺非常敏感.较低的预烧温度较容易获得高εr(εr为11 248)的CCTO陶瓷.
