Abstract:

采用固相反应烧结法制备了CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO)陶瓷,研究了其烧结性能、结构和介电性能.在1 120 ℃烧结即可获得单相CCTO致密陶瓷,其收缩率高达22.3%.εr随着烧结温度升高而明显增大,且具有明显的频率敏感性,利用复阻抗谱分析了CCTO陶瓷的介电特性.于1 120 ℃,烧结3 h制备的CCTO陶瓷的εr为3 005(室温,1 kHz).
