Abstract:
对烧结法制备的CaO-Al2O3-SiO2(CAS)/Sr0.5Ba0.5Nb2O6 (SBN50)玻璃陶瓷的烧结特性、物相演变和介电性能进行了研究.结果表明:SBN50含量(质量分数)达到90 %时,则完全形成四方钨青铜SBN相.烧结温度提高,明显加剧CAS玻璃与SBN50陶瓷之间的固溶反应.同时,CAS/SBN50玻璃陶瓷的εr随SBN50含量的增大而增大,10 kHz时,从CAS玻璃的5.3显著提高到10 %CAS/90 %SBN50玻璃陶瓷的750.5.
