Abstract:
目的:对含PTD-SOD重组质粒的工程菌进行诱导表达.方法:通过SOD活性和SDS-PAGE电泳分析,考察了诱导时间和诱导剂浓度对PTD-SOD表达量的影响.同时考察了诱导温度对产物表达形式的影响.结果:表达条件为IPTG浓度0.5mM,诱导时间4h,诱导温度20℃.结论:在上述条件下重组SOD在摇瓶中的表达效果最好.
