人才流失是中国企业面临的最大挑战.我国人才流失形势的严峻性,不在过去人才的流失,而在造成人才流失的"机制".为什么一些国有企业和内资企业留不住人才?主要是政府效率低下,国内市场诚信度不够,回国创业的门槛较高和文化的融合性较难等社会经济文化因素使企业很难留住人才.
