Abstract:

我国企业对经理股票期权激励机制进行了探索和尝试,但效果不明显.实施经理股票期权须具备一定前提条件,受多种因素影响和制约.为保证这项制度健康、有效地实施,应加快企业产权制度改革,进一步完善公司治理结构、规范证券市场,建立有效的经理人市场竞争选拔机制,完善相关法律法规.
