Abstract:
背光源是液晶显示(LCD)的核心组件之一,其性能直接影响着LCD的显示质量.FED背光源具有众多优点并将成为中、大尺寸LCD理想的背光源.本文阐述了几种常见的LCD背光源的原理与优缺点,其中包括冷阴极荧光灯(CCFL)、电致发光器(EL)和发光二极管(LED);重点介绍了低逸出功印刷型场致发射(LPC-FED)背光源的原理框图、驱动电路以及显示屏的制备.目前已研制出25in LPC-FED背光源,亮度达到3,157cd/m2,显示均匀性良好.
