Abstract:
采用蔗糖为碳源、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,以硝酸镍为催化剂,用溶胶-凝胶法制备碳化硅前驱体,在1 000 ℃的动态真空条件下,将前驱体进行碳热还原,合成出比表面积为104 m2/g的SiC纳米小球(粒径为40~60 nm). 用其作为催化剂载体,通过浸渍法制备Pt/SiC催化剂,将其应用于CO氧化的模型反应中. 研究结果表明,Pt/SiC催化剂具有较好的催化活性,引入铁助剂的Pt-Fe/SiC催化剂能明显地提高CO催化氧化反应的活性. 催化剂Pt-Fe/SiC-2的CO最低完全转化温度为195 ℃,与Pt/SiC催化剂相比降低了45 ℃.
