Abstract:
采用高温气相氧化法,以锌粉为原料,制备了四针状纳米氧化锌.主要对四针状纳米氧化锌的酒精气敏特性进行了研究,测试在不同浓度的酒精气氛下,传感器的灵敏度和响应特性,结果表明:四针状纳米氧化锌对酒精的灵敏度较高,特别适合于检测低浓度的酒精,同时对酒精的响应、恢复时间都很短.
