Abstract:
针对广告的代言人涉嫌虚假广告的案例不断增多,导致许多消费者权益受损害而代言人却不用承担任何责任的问题,分析了我国目前法律中没有对广告代言人承担虚假广告的法律责任的条款,提出借鉴发达国家的先进经验、加紧完善我国相关广告立法的建议.
