Abstract：
虚假广告中的明星法律责任已经成为迫在眉睫需要解决的难题。一旦出现质量问题,单纯依靠现有法律规制明星责任具有滞后性。因此,从立法、行政上加强规制显得极其必要。本文针对近期出现的＂毒胶囊＂等,简要分析明星法律责任缺失的原因,应追本溯源,制定系统的《广告法》明确明星虚假代言的法律责任。
