Abstract：
介绍了X射线荧光光谱的无标样定量分析软件应用于医疗用Ni-Cr烤瓷合金的检测,分析了合金中Ni、Cr、Mo、Al、Co、Ti、Si、Fe、Cl等元素的含量.结果表明该方法的分析速度快、准确度高,是一种实用的应用软件.
