Abstract：
本研究将质粒pYG836转化到柔红霉素产生菌SIPI-DM中,采用同源重组双交换法,用aveBIV基因置换基因组上的dnmV基因,得到稳定遗传的表柔红霉素工程菌DM3.为进一步提高工程菌的发酵单位,对其原生质体进行连续4次的紫外诱变育种,最终得到一株发酵单位较出发菌株提高T93.7%的突变菌株.
