Abstract：
本文对移动用户恶意欠费的行为进行研究,通过构建消费欺诈行为预警系统以阻止恶意欠费行为的发生.在对移动用户恶意欠费行为的分析上,主要通过基于SVM和遗传算法的特征选择方法选出子特征.然后用基于非平衡数据集的LS-SVM方法训练模型,并对实际数据进行预测,由此得到一份有可能发生恶意欠费行为的用户名单,起到提前预警的效果.
