提出通过构建科技资源共享中的人际网络模型来拓展科技资源共享人际网络模型渠道;将科技资源共享人际网络模型分为以个人为中心和以团队为中心两种类型;引入UCINET软件对模型进行分析,对人际网络模型加以数据说明;团队科技资源共享中提出＂管理结构洞＂的概念,并提出团队人际网络模型优化方案.
