Abstract：
政府流程再造(GPR)是一项风险较大的系统工程,绩效评估有助于规避风险并保证流程再造工作的顺利进行.影响政府流程再造绩效的因素较多,以平衡记分卡(BSC)理论为基础,从公众、政府、工作流程和电子政务等多个维度选择指标,应用层次分析 (AHP)结合模糊综合评判 (FSE)的方法,能有效评估政府流程再造的绩效.
