Abstract:

改革开放以来,各种危机层出不穷,对企业处理危机公关的能力提出很大挑战.前段时间富士康的连续跳楼事件,更是体现出企业危机公关的重要性.本文通过对富士康跳楼事件危机公关缺失的分析,得出一些启示:企业不仅要设置相应的职能部门、加强危机意识,还应和媒体建立良好关系;与此同时,做好企业的内部公关,并通过正面事件来不断改善企业的形象;善始善终,将危机转化为契机.
