Abstract:

体验经济时代,伴随着旅游者情感需求比重加强,为寻求自身可持续发展,情感营销成为旅游企业应对挑战与机遇,进行战略转型的必然选择.基于情感营销这一视角探讨了旅游产品中主题、活动、形象、意象与纪念品等要素的体验化设计,并指出应从情感定位、情感服务和情感诉求三方面的情感营销组合对旅游产品设计成果在市场上成功推广提出对策建议.
