Abstract:
为降低高速电梯振动以提高电梯的乘坐舒适性,论文运用SolidWorks和ADAMS联合建立了高速电梯虚拟样机模型,对其整机运行进行了动态分析、仿真.通过对高速电梯振动信号灵敏度分析,得出了各主要动力学参数对高速电梯振动的影响.结合振动信号频域分析、多体动力学系统固有频率分析,对电梯动力学参数进行了优化.仿真结果表明,优化后电梯各项动态特性指标较优化前均有很大的改善,为改进高速电梯运行性能提供了参考依据.
