以石英砂为试验原料,采用LS-CWN (3)型激光粒度仪,利用单一变量法分别对磨矿介质配比、磨矿介质充填率、磨矿量、磨矿浓度和磨矿时间展开试验.确定了最佳磨矿条件为钢球配比D34∶D30∶D28∶D22=35∶43∶51∶84、磨矿介质充填率35%、磨矿量500 g、磨矿浓度40%.在最佳磨矿条件下,随磨矿时间的延长,磨矿细度呈先快速提高后逐渐变缓的趋势,在磨矿14 min后石英砂的粒度随时间的增加而变化不明显,说明球磨机在14 min后对石英砂的磨矿效果变差,石英砂的细度难以提高.
