乌龙茶为半发酵茶,滋味浓厚,历史悠久,具有良好的保健功效.随着乌龙茶产业的发展,其保健功效日益引起国内外科研人员的关注.本文综述了国内外关于乌龙茶及其成分所具有的抗氧化、体重控制、预防心血管疾病、抗突变、抗癌症、抗糖尿病、抗过敏、抗病原菌及肠道菌群调节等保健功效的研究进展.
