Abstract:

共模扼流圈的动态电感是其噪声抑制能力的重要参数,动态电感与功率电流偏磁、噪声频率、磁芯温度以及绕组结构都有很大关系。该文通过实验测量共模扼流圈磁芯材料特性参数,结合电磁场仿真分析,获取磁芯内部磁场分布数据,采用多元非线性回归算法构造了相应的磁芯材料特性参数模型、磁芯内部磁场分布模型,从而建立其动态电感模型,考虑了动态电感随功率电流偏磁、噪声频率、磁芯温度的影响。模型的建立对共模扼流圈优化设计、减小体积、提高噪声抑制能力提供设计指导。实验验证了模型的有效性。
