Abstract：
对农村的帮扶工作现已是全社会都要关心关注的事情。在新农村建设的大背景下，高校依托其优势对农村的帮扶作用将更为显著。高校在文化理念植入、科技平台导入、人才资源引入三个方面可以真正实现有效、高效、高质、高量的帮扶工作。
