The evidential reasoning from the perspective of negotiation in management decision is re-searched.Evidence can be selectively involved in negotiation according to decision-makers’preference.The pro-posed method of negotiation is to minimize the overall deviation of modified evidences from evidences offered by decision-makers under the condition of satisfying decision-makers’individual needs,and to calculate negotiation weights,with which evidences can be combined reasonably.Numerical examples are also provided to demon-strate the advantages of the proposed method.
