Abstract:

The evidential reasoning from the perspective of negotiation in management decision is researched. Evidence can be selectively involved in negotiation according to decision-makers' preference. The proposed method of negotiation is to minimize the overall deviation of modified evidences from evidences offered by decision-makers under the condition of satisfying decision-makers' individual needs, and to calculate negotiation weights, with which evidences can be combined reasonably. Numerical examples are also provided to demonstrate the advantages of the proposed method. © 2016, Chinese Institute of Electronics. All right reserved.
