Abstract:
为了实现纳秒级快前沿高压脉冲,设计了基于磁开关的低频高压脉冲电源.通过电容充放电时间常数与磁开关相配合,最终输出连续纳秒级低频高压脉冲.应用saber电路仿真软件中分析和搭建多级低频高压脉冲电路仿真模型,通过仿真分析各级电容器的电压波形得知,磁开关将高压脉冲从3.2μs压缩至20ns,输出脉冲峰值从初始10kV上升至30kV,最终输出100Hz的连续低频高压脉冲.
