Abstract:

磁脉冲发生系统利用快速饱和磁性材料在饱和时电感量的突变来实现对能量的压缩和释放.本文设计了一种包含快饱和磁性器件的单级脉冲发生电路,对电路的工作原理进行了详细分析并对关键参数进行了设计,讨论了中储电容和限流电感对脉冲压缩效果的影响.利用Saber仿真软件,对电路进行了仿真研究.由仿真结果可知,当储能电容初始电压为280V时,该电路可在350Ω的纯阻性负载上产生下降沿约83ns,峰值为13.64kV的负极性高压脉冲,验证了理论分析的正确性与电路的可行性.
