Abstract：
该文研究了表面活性剂增敏异硫氰酸异鲁米诺（简称ＩＴＣＩ）的化学发光作用，结果表明，阴、阳离子表面活性剂混合溶液对ＩＴＣＩ的化学发光有显著的增敏作用，提高了测定ＩＴＣＩ的灵敏度，检测限可达２．５×１０〈’－１３〉ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，线性范围宽５．０×１０〈’－１３〉￣５．０×１０〈’－７〉ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，测定５．０×１０〈’－１０〉ｍｏｌ／ＬＩＴＣ溶液１０次，相对标准偏差为４．８℅。
