Abstract：
报道用氨三乙酸作活化剂，在弱酸性介质下，痕量锰对高碘酸钾氧化花青的反应有强烈催化作用，并以此反应作为指示反应建立了测定痕量锰的催化极谱法。方法的检出限为0.5nmol/L，相对标准偏差为1.2℅(n=11)。此方法用于测定白酒中的锰，结果满意。
