Abstract：
建立了用10，10＇＇-二乙基-2，2＇＇-二磺酸基-9，9＇＇双吖啶（DEDSBA）检测微量DNA荧光分析新方法，其线性范围为1.0～10.0mg/L；检测限为0.46mg/L;测定浓度为5.0mg/L;DNA溶液的相对标准偏差为0.8℅。
