Abstract:
以(C〈,4〉H〈,9〉O)〈,4〉Ti为源物质,采用Sol-gel技术在中温区烧结获得了单相锐钛矿型纳米TiO〈,2〉。通过DTA、TG、DSC等热分析技术,详细分析了其相变进程。结果表明:120~300℃这一区间,在空气中发生放热效应,而在N〈,2〉中为吸热效应,在300℃~450℃这一温区为非晶态到锐钛矿的相变阶段。相变温度范围很宽。晶体长大以及锐钛矿与金红石间的同质异象转变的热效应不明显。
