Abstract:
低工作温度、高灵敏、稳定、低成本的氧敏传感器是此类传感器普遍追求的目标,其应用领域十分广泛,迄今还没有商用氧敏传感器面市.本文利用Ti<''3+>盐溶液为钛源,氧化法制备纳米粉体,制成厚膜型氧敏元件,经400℃,1h烧结后对纳米粉体进行TG-DTA、XRD、粒度分布、比表面等表征,对所制作的厚膜型元件进行气敏特性测量.获得了低温氧敏传感器,并就其低温氧敏机理进行了深入地探讨.
