Abstract：
本文详细研究了槲皮素在玻碳电极上的阳极伏安行为,在pH=5.8的Na2B4O7(0.05 mol/L)-NaH2PO4(0.1 mol/L)缓冲溶液中于+0.20 V(vs.SCE)左右产生一个灵敏的阳极氧化峰,槲皮素的峰电流与浓度在8.0×10＜＇＇-9＞～1.0×10＜＇＇-4＞ mol/L的范围内呈良好线性关系,检测限为2.6×10＜＇＇-9＞ mol/L.对槲皮素的氧化反应机理也进行了探讨.
