Abstract:
考察了H<,2>O<,2>氧化降解壳聚糖的条件,确定了平均分子量为1000的壳寡糖制备工艺;在此基础上,制备了比粘度为1.1、1.8和3.0(50℃条件)的水溶性壳聚糖.采用灌胃给药方式对三种比粘度的壳聚糖进行小白鼠降血脂药效实验,结果显示,三种壳聚糖均能够显著降低小鼠血浆的TCH水平,降幅可分别达26~30﹪.比粘度1.1和3.0的壳聚糖能显著降低小鼠血浆的TG水平及MDA含量,降幅可分别达24~34﹪和38~40﹪.研究结果表明本工艺制备的壳聚糖具有较强的降脂药效,其降脂和抗氧化效果接近市售降脂良药软脉灵口服液.
