Abstract:

采用动态热/力模拟试验技术进行等温压缩变形试验(T=573 K~773 K,ε=0.01s-1~10.0s-1),初步探讨了熔体处理对易拉罐用铝材热变形流变应力曲线特征的影响。结果表明:经不同熔体处理的易拉罐用铝材均易发生动态软化并最终进入稳态流变阶段,属负温度敏感性和正应变速率敏感性材料:在T=673 K、ε≥10.0 s-1的热变形条件下,均发生了不连续动态再结晶;高温低速大应变量的热变形减弱了熔体处理对热变形流变应力的影响作用,使流变应力水平趋于一致;夹杂物等冶金缺陷的存在有利于易拉罐用铝材发生动态软化,而有效的熔体处理则提高了该材料的热变形均匀性。
