采用动态热模拟试验技术探讨了经高效熔体综合处理和均匀化退火后的易拉罐用铝材在高温压缩变形过程中,变形温度和应变速率对其稳态流变应力行为的影响规律.结果表明,该材料在高温变形时的稳态流变应力与应变速率、变形温度均满足Arrhenius方程,其中更满足双曲正弦函数关系;该材料的热变形是受热激活控制的塑性变形过程.
