Abstract:
本文利用微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了荷叶碱(NCF)在玻碳电极上的电化学氧化行为,并对其电化学氧化机理进行了探讨.在pH=5.50的B-R缓冲溶液中,NCF于+0.85V(vs.SCE)左右产生一个灵敏的氧化峰,峰电流与浓度在0.25-30μg/mL的范围内呈良好线性关系,检测限为0.01μg/mL,该体系应用于荷叶中总生物碱含量的测定,结果令人满意.
