Abstract:
研究了铝离子与蛇葡萄素络合体系在不同条件下的荧光光谱特性,发现铝离子与蛇葡萄素以1∶2的配位比络合,在无水乙醇中具有较强的荧光,激发波长和发射波长分别为442 nm和502 nm,且2 h内荧光保持稳定.通过该体系可建立一种快速、高选择性和高灵敏度测定蛇葡萄素的新方法.
