Abstract：
采用静态化学发光法,建立了一个儿茶素在酸性高锰酸钾溶液中的化学发光体系.实验发现,儿茶素在酸性高锰酸钾溶液中有较强的化学发光活性,其响应范围为1.71×10-6 mol/L～3.41 ×10-5 mol/L,检测限为4.64×10-7 mol/L.最后采用该方法对复方儿茶胶囊中儿茶素类成分的总含量进行了测定.
