Abstract:
利用两步法将印刷碳膜电极活化,可以有效地增强其对铁氰化钾体系和多巴胺(DA)的电化学响应,使电极的电子传递速率常数、活性面积和电荷传递阻抗有了很大的改善,且使抗坏血酸和DA的氧化峰电位差达180mV,有效地避免了AA对DA测定的干扰.利用微分脉冲伏安法对DA的检测限达6.0 ×10-8mol/L,峰电流与DA浓度在1.0×10-7~9.8×10-6mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系.
