Abstract:
本文采用加压毛细管电色谱-紫外检测法,实现了5种(多菌灵,苯菌灵,氟虫腈,敌菌灵,噻嗪酮)杂环类农药农药的同时分离检测.采用反相C18电色谱柱(3 μ m,200 mm×100 μ mI.D.),建立了最优色谱分离条件-以-乙腈:缓冲盐PBS=体积比为58-42作为流动相;检测波长:220nm;0.10 mL/min的流速;柱压7.8 MPa;在电色谱柱末端施加10 kV负电.以上最优条件下,五种物质在25min内基线分离,方法的线性范围良好,相关系数为0.9935~0.9992,检测限为0.10 μ g/mL~0.6 μ g/mL.蔬菜样品经一定比例的丙酮-水提取,C18固相萃取柱净化浓缩,二氯甲烷洗脱,经pCEC-UV分析后,平均回收率在51.2﹪~104.4﹪之间,效果良好。
