Abstract:
本文通过Pechini方法制备了RuO280%+SnO220%粉末,并经涂刷、氧化烧结及退火及获得了RuO280%+SnO220%/Ti钛阳极。通过XRD、DTA,SEM,TEM等方法分析测试粉末及钛阳极涂层的微观结构、晶粒尺寸及形貌。结果表明组元间形成钌基固溶体(Ru,Sn)O2;退火温度由450℃升高至600℃后,固溶体发生分解,且粉末与涂层中均发现不稳定的六方晶系单质钌出现;晶粒呈典型的等轴状,RuO280%+SnO220%粉末平均尺寸小于30nm, RuO280%+SnO220%/Ti涂层晶粒尺寸低于20nm;电极涂层形貌为较致密的干泥龟裂与局部团聚共存状。
