Abstract:

  光动力诊断和光动力治疗是新兴的医疗技术。目前,酞菁及其金属配合物在光动力治疗癌症用光敏剂方面的研究日益引人注目。二氧化硅纳米粒子易溶于水,具有良好的生物相容性,没有细胞毒性且不易受到微生物的破坏。二氧化硅包裹酞菁锌的纳米粒子己经有报道,在光动力诊断中有很好的应用前景。本文工作合成了二氧化硅包埋酞菁锌和光泽精的复合纳米粒子,对该复合纳米分散液的光诱导化学发光行为进行了研究,并详细探讨了机理。
